In contrast when Denise remarried on St. Valentine’s day she wanted to make a statement by wearing red. I made her a deep red lace dress to the knee with a textured deep ivory coat to wear over it and keep out the February chill. The collar and cuffs of the coat were embellished with red ribbon roses and my signature beading with ivory pearls and red crystals. I made a 23+ fascinator and beaded bag to complete her look. The outfit was also made so she could wear both the dress and the coat again – either together or separately.
