A bridal photoshoot in the beautiful Surrey Hills

Sometimes things just come together in a magical way. And the photo shoot for my latest collection of bridal gowns just seemed to fall into place… A break in the weather during an otherwise wet week, the offer of a fantastic location, and a team that gelled so well – I couldn’t have asked for more.

It all started to come together when Stacey Fabre, photographer, and Gabby Lindie, hair and makeup artist, approached me at the National Wedding Show and suggested we might collaborate on a photoshoot.

I didn’t hesitate. We hit it off straight away and clearly had the same vision. A further meeting took place at my couture salon where we finalised everything.

My team were brilliant: Issy, the daughter of my PR Sally, was the perfect model for my relaxed flower-inspired wedding dresses; Gabby and Stacey worked superbly together to create and capture a romantic mood; and Sally who made sure everything ran smoothly – even picking wild flowers for Issy’s bouquet and called the dogs to perform when required.

We were lucky enough to have the run of a beautiful Georgian style home set in extensive grounds with a wealth of features inside and out. A highly successful day that resulted in some amazing images.

As the saying goes a picture says a thousand words… so I am not going to write much except to let you know that the dresses featured here will all be on show at the National Wedding Show, London Olympia in September. Meanwhile, you are welcome to try them on by appointment at my Knightsbridge Couture Salon.
